Using Asanas For Weight Loss

Ensure that the ears are pulled behind the hands and the legs are straight though this will take time to achieve. A pose called plank exercises the abdominal muscles with pushed down shoulders and the body on toes and hands.

Having the body to rest on one hand and leg like a push up position is called side plank and forms part of it. All this are only mastered with time and that is when one can reap maximum benefits from them. The rewards are a flexible body and one that is free of stress.
