This may sound odd, but the truth is that the uneasiness that the tennis ball causes may help you remain in the best position.

6. In addition to losing weight, you should attempt to stop eating large meals just before bed. This habit will lead to your stomach pushing upwards on your diaphragm, which may limit your capacity to breathe normally.

7. If you are congested, or have mucus that has accumulated in your nose and throat, you will be more likely to snore. In order to minimize this effect, you should try to breathe in steam from a hot bath, or plug in a humidifier by your bed as you sleep. This will add moisture to your throat and alleviate this issue.

8. If you are a smoker, then here is a great reason that you will want to quit. Smoking can lead to snoring. Try not to smoke right before you go to bed, at least. Smoking will bring about an inflamed and swollen throat, making a stop snoring attempt useless in the end.
