Despite everything you may or may not of heard, you do not have to starve yourself in order to lose weight. As long as you eat healthy the majority of the time, then you should really have no problem at all maintaining or even losing weight.

The number one rule about the Marisa Miller diet is to always eat something in the morning. According to a popular online magazine, she would eat eggs and maybe some oatmeal for breakfast every day. Depending on the time of the day, the fitness model will eat different types of eggs. It simply depends on her mood.

She was also quoted as saying that she only knows how to cook eggs in one specific way. In addition to the eggs, she will typically have some carbs, such as fruits and vegetables. On the other hand, if you somehow wake up late, then it is okay to just not eat anything in the morning.

If you want to curb your appetite, then I suggest you to eat 6 meals per day, because this way of eating will help you stay full longer. Eating small meals in between the largers meals can help curb hunger and prevent you from eating more later on in the day. Losing weight fast is not about eating less food. Losing weight is about eating the right kinds of foods at the right time.

As for her lunch, it typically depends on where she is at. If you want something that is healthy and easy to make then I simply suggest you to get some fruit for lunch. She would order a bunch of food from that place.

If you want to become successful at weight loss then you need to plan out you food intake in advance. If you want to lose weight, then you don't have to restrict your food choices. She is really not like other supermodels that heavily restrict their food choices, and in my opinion, that is really a good thing to do.

So how do you lose weight and get a great body? I try to tell all my clients to eat a small breakfast.

As long as you are consistent, you will get a great looking body sooner or later. My only rules are to watch how much you eat. And who knows, maybe you'll be the next famous model.
